The Partner Org
The partner org you weren't going to hire, running by next month.
A working VP of Partnerships costs $250–350K a year, and the good ones aren't looking. The Partner Org delivers the function instead of the headcount: continuous target identification, personalized outreach, agreement drafting, onboarding, and co-sell coordination — with every external move approved before it happens.
The weekly rhythm
Targets re-scored as the market moves. Outreach drafted, approved, and sent in daily batches. Partner calls prepped and taken. A weekly digest of exactly what moved and what needs you.
What you approve
Every message before it's sent. Every target before it's pursued. Every agreement before it's proposed. The program moves at machine cadence; the judgment stays human, and it stays yours and ours.
The economics
A monthly retainer scoped to the motion, a six-month initial term, and a small override on partner-sourced first-year revenue — so we're paid most when the program actually produces.
For startups
Pre-$10M companies join on performance only: no retainer, a success fee on partner-sourced first-year revenue. We take three to five at a time and select like investors. Strategic deals are priced per deal, agreed before we start.
Scoped to the motion, six-month initial term. Startup performance track by selection.
What does partner-sourced revenue need to look like in twelve months?
That's the first question on the call. Bring a number — even a rough one — and thirty minutes will tell you whether a Sprint gets you there. mark@a3c.one, or book directly.
